| 摘 要： | 分析当前我国科技期刊在发展战略方面存在的误区：以追求高影响因子为目标；期刊缺乏明确的学术定位；以作者为中心。认为科技期刊应回归本源，服务于科技与生产力的发展，以读者为中心，建立自己明确的学术定位和专业化特色，才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | The present paper summarizes some problems in the development strategies of Chinese sci-tech periodicals as follows:1)pursuing the high impact factor as the primary or even only goal for periodicals' publishing;2)lacking of unambiguous and professional positioning in the science community;3)almost all of efforts focusing on authors rather than readers.The paper suggests that to win the competition,the sci-tech periodicals should found on scientific research and dedicate to the technology application and dev... |
