| 摘 要： | 参加专业学术会议是提高编辑业务素质的一条有效途径，编辑参加专业学术会议有5点益处：有助于选题、组稿；有助于发现审者和作者；有助于提高对文稿的鉴别为；有助于锻炼公关能力；有助于扩大期刊影响。影响编辑参加学术会议积极性和效果的3个问题是：工作忙，惰性心理，会期短与任务重的矛盾。提出了解决这些问题的办法。
