| 摘 要： | 随着网络化建设的不断推进,编辑部与外界的网上交流日益增多.如何高效、快速地处理大量的电子函件,提高工作效率,成为编辑部迫切需要解决的问题.以具有较强函件处理功能的软件Foxmail为例,重点介绍日常电子函件管理中一些行之有效的处理方法.

| Abstract: | With the development of the network, communication on Internet between editorial department and the outside is increasing sharply. How to deal with a large number of E mails with less time and higher efficiency in order to improve the work efficiency is becoming a key problem. Based on the practice, by using the software Foxmail, which can manage the E mails efficiently, some feasible methods are introduced. |
