| 摘 要： | 2017 年1 月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅联合印发了《关于深化职称制度改革的意见》.在此之际,通过分析我国英文科技期刊的发展现状以及该文件的下发对期刊影响力提升所带来的机遇与挑战,提出应通过建立符合国际出版伦理组织建议的学术伦理制度、深入挖掘并拓展优质稿源、回归学术期刊本质做价值传播者3 方面进一步提高我国英文科技期刊在国内外的影响力,同时针对每个方面提出了具体意见.

| Abstract: | In January 2017,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Professional Title System. In this paper,through the analysis of the current status of China's English sci-tech journals and the influence of the Opinions on these journals,we suggest that the journals try to improve their impact at home and abroad from the following three aspects: 1) establishing the academic ethics regime according to the suggestions from the Committee on Publication Ethics; 2) exploring and expanding the high-quality contribution sources; 3 ) being a communicator for valuable information. At the same time,some specific advices are put forward from each aspect. |
