| 摘 要： | 出版时滞能从时间上揭示期刊运行机制的好坏.现行的出版时滞概念过于笼统,不能反映各期刊社稿件处理过程的个性特点.通过对出版时滞内涵的研究,认为应把原有出版时滞分成2个时段进行计算,以分别描述稿件处理机制等软件和出版供需状况等硬件情况,进而为全面缩短出版时滞提供有效方法.

| Abstract: | The time lag of paper publishing can reveal through time whether the running mechanism of an academic journal is efficient or not. However, the present connotation of the concept of time lag is too general to reflect the characteristics of the treatment processes of contributions. Through the analysis of the connotation of time lag of paper publishing, it is suggested that the traditionally applied concept of time lag be divided into two parts that describe respectively the mechanism of peer review and the circumstances of the publishing supply and demand. In this way, a scientific basis is thus provided for shortening the time lag. |
