| 摘 要： | 要使医学期刊编辑工作真正成为一种兼具专业技能和社会责任的高度专业化的职业,就需要一种属于医学期刊编辑的专业主义精神。该文对这种精神进行了探讨,认为这种专业主义精神落实到实践中,主要体现为医学期刊编辑对专业知识的把握,对学术前沿的了解,并掌握期刊组稿的主动权以及具备较强的社会责任感等方面。

| Abstract: | To let the editorial work of medical journals really become a high professional career of both professional skills and social responsibility,it needs a kind of special professional spirit for medical journal editors.In practice,the professional spirit urge the editors to master the professional knowledge,to grasp the research frontiers,to attract and edit the papers more initiatively,and have a strong sense of social responsibility,etc. |
