| 摘 要： | 学术论文出版前,作者撤稿的主要原因是:其自信心不足,一稿多投;编辑服务意识不强,信息传递不及时;期刊出版时滞长,影响发稿时效;期刊影响力低,对作者缺乏吸引力。认为充分挖掘来稿的"闪光点",实行投稿承诺制,提高期刊影响力,是遏制作者撤稿的有效举措。
