| 摘 要： | 通过对开放获取(OA)发展背景、国内外发展趋势及案例分析,认为高校学报要主动转变观念,积极抓住OA的发展机遇,探索和运用开放获取平台及互联网手段改善学报经营现状,并从网络期刊、网络推广、编辑能力等角度提出策略建议。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the background, development and experience of open access (OA) journals at home and abroad, the author suggests that the journals of colleges and universities should change their sense of business to actively cope with OA trend, and provides detailed strategies and suggestions in aspects of network journals, network promotion and editorial quality. |
