| 摘 要： | 分析合理注意义务的法律依据。以江苏省从事网络出版的科技期刊社为研究对象,阐述和谐社会视野下期刊社应在作品著作权、链接、网络广告、科技保密、政治问题等方面尽到合理注意义务。认为从事网络出版的期刊社应重视与作者签署出版合同,编辑出版过程中严格执行"三审"和"三校"制,重视编辑人员业务培训,加强期刊社档案管理,从而防范法律纠纷,维护著作权人和期刊社双方的合法权益。
