| Abstract: | Centre on the scientific and technological periodical editor-in-chief's informatics consciousness capability, this paper discusses the relationship with the informatics consciousness capability from 4 aspects which are the politics consciousness quality, the profession quality, the management ability, and the exploration and invention. The chief editor of a sci-tech periodical should have the consciousness capability of the informatics in order to adapt to the requirement of the sci-tech periodical work in the new era. |
