| 摘 要： | 中国高校学报经过近百年的发展 ,已经成为一个庞大的具有中国特色的科技期刊系统 ,学报的综合性、内向性和“一校一刊”模式有着坚实的社会基础和学术基础 ,目前情况下仍难以改变。对于改变学报属性的重大改革 ,必须遵循系统性原则 ,由教育部门和有关管理部门共同协商 ,建立切实可行的新模式 ,在大的改革行动上同步发展。随着高等教育事业的跨跃式发展 ,当前必须加强学报工作 ,强化学报功能 ,明确目标 ,合理定位 ,分层次办好各级各类学报 ,走可持续发展的道路

| Abstract: | Chinese university scientific journals have grown into a huge sci-tech journal system bearing Chinese characteristics after near a hundred years of development,.Having substantial social and academic foundation, the journal's synthetics, exclusive nature, and the model of a journal to a university cannot be changed easily at present. Significant reforms aiming to transform the properties of journals must follow the systematic principles and set up a workable new model under the joint discussion of education departments and relative administrative departments. With the great development of tertiary education, we must enhance the work on journals, strengthen the journal's functions, run all levels of journal well, and go ahead on the road of sustainable development. |
