| 摘 要： | 以网络商业模式和经济模式为基础，分析期刊社网络经营哲理，认为期刊社在设计、制作好网页的同时，应采用以电子商务为重点的电子商务模式，形式以电子商务为核心导向的经营模式，要根据实际情况钭工作方式的网络化、过刊的数字化和期刊出版的电子化作为重点发展项目。以《机械工程学报》编辑部应用网络为例给出了重点发展项目的模型。

| Abstract: | Based on network business mode and network economy mode, network managing philosophy in a periodical press is analyzed. In a periodical press, with the design and manufacturing of the web pages, business mode and management mode based on electronic business should be developed. At the same time, the digitizing of work method, the published periodical and the publication of the periodical should be taken as major projects according to the reality. The models of major projects, which have been successfully applied in Editorial Department of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering, are given. |
