| Abstract: | In building up our university journal,we are reaching a consensus editing policy.The target for the journal is to promote the journal level,increase the impact on scientific study,and improve the editorial and service skills of editors.We are trying to enhance the roles of the journal in manifesting dominant and characteristic subjects of university,and make a creative change in cover illustration. |
