| 摘 要： | 通过介绍国外科技期刊正在尝试的一种新的专家审稿方式,以解决在审稿这一环节中遇到的多数问题,消除作者对期刊审稿周期冗长的不满,进而缩短期刊出版周期,快速出版优质稿件,提升期刊的知名度和影响力.

| Abstract: | To solve most problems encountered in the course of the review processing,the experiment on a new review way has been undertaken in the foreigu earth science journals.Papers submitted to these kinds of journals will benefit from high quality,fair evaluation and will be published very rapidly.This should contribute to improving markedly the visibility of the journal and attracting more high quality papers,more authors and more readers. |
