| Abstract: | In the light of the practice of Journal of Electronic Science and Technology(JEST),this paper argues the contents and effects of journal language to be international and explores the ways to successfully invite international members of editorial board and international peer reviewers.JEST data show that the ideas and the approaches introduced in this paper can effectively bring out the international contributions of journals. |
