| Abstract: | In knowledge economy era, theoretical circles should pay more attention to the roles played by editors of scientific and technical periodicals, such as dissemination of knowledge, peer-review, proliferation of validity, cultivation of creative awareness, and training of sci-tech personnel. It is these roles that propel our society forward.
