| Abstract: | The problem that some references of academic papers are not true to the original was found during the work of inter-library loans and citation analyses. This paper discusses the causes and effects of that. At last, some measures such as formulating reference recording and editing rules, introducing readers supervision, and self-disciplining of authors are put forward. |
