| Abstract: | The paper analyses the university journals' value from the angle of scientific and technological creation, and presents that scientific and technological creation is the lifeline of the journal's work. It also explores the methods of doing well the journals' editing work and enhancing the management in the light of the knowledge and experience of strengthening scientific and technological creation in practice. |
