| 摘 要： | 通过分析选题组稿过程的特点和当前我国科技期刊面临的形势,论述选题组稿工作对于实施精品科技期刊战略、创造中国学术期刊品牌的重要意义.科技期刊编辑人员必须充分重视选题组稿工作,并通过有效实施,使之达到:提高科技期刊的载文质量,保障其生存和发展;体现编辑人员的主体意识,发挥科技期刊的导向作用;密切编者与作者和读者的关系,实现作者-编者-读者协同办刊,为把我国科技期刊办成精品期刊和世界名刊创造条件.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the importance of the process of topic selection and contribution soliciting and the situation that the Chinese sci-tech periodicals are facing, the significance of topic selection and contribution soliciting to the survival and development of the sci-tech periodicals is discussed. It is pointed out that at this stage, the editors should pay as much attention as they can to topic selection and contribution soliciting, for the purposes of improving the quality of the articles published in Chinese periodicals, embodying the main-body consciousness of the editors and bringing the guidance function of the periodicals into full play, and finally building closer relations between the editors and the authors and between the editors and the readers. |
