| 摘 要： | 科技期刊的发展与编辑的能力密切相关,青年编辑的业务能力更是期刊质量的重要支撑.掌握青年编辑人才的培养原则,将短期培养与长远培养相结合,制订切实可行的培养方案,并有计划、有步骤地进行培养,方能促进青年编辑的快速成长.青年编辑的成长依赖于编辑部内部环境与自我努力的结合程度,编辑部只有为青年编辑搭建个人成长的舞台,创造良好的工作氛围,结合编辑自身的努力,才能实现期刊和个人的协调、全面发展.开展选题策划、承担编辑学项目、参与社会活动等都是提高青年编辑综合能力的有效办法.

| Abstract: | The political, economic and social environments are contemporarily special in China, and the Chinese media also have their own characteristics. Therefore, the evolution of functions of Chinese sci-tech journal editors has its own features. This paper focuses on this issue and teases out the effects of some important events happened chronologically in journal publishing development on editor''s functions. We find that basic functions of editors are screening information and editing, while topic planning and marketing are new duties for editors generated lately, and they may be more important than basic ones. Digital technologies push all the functions to advance, and make the media attainments become a basic requirement for editors. |
