| 摘 要： | 普通高校学报的特有属性不同于一般科技期刊,应当合理定位,充分依托学校特色和优势学科建设成果,发挥学报服务于学校教学和科研的功能.以《上海应用技术学院学报》专业化专栏建设实践为例,认为普通高校学报需合理定位,以优势学科为支撑,以特色求发展,充分发挥学报功能,提升学报的质量和影响力.

| Abstract: | In order to explore the ways academic sci-tech journals colleges and universities fulfill their social responsibilities, this paper sums up the experience of Journal of Liaoning Shihua University. We suggest that journals can fulfill their social responsibilities in a people-oriented way by paying attention to the safety evaluation of the process of the accident to clarify facts, stabilizing popular sentiment, playing the role as media, warning potential seasonal safety hazards, focusing on hot spots within the industry, and offering advice and suggestions for national major projects. |
