| 摘 要： | 分析科技期刊专家审稿面临的来自新兴交叉学科、人际关系以及学术国际化的挑战,提出审稿专家的搭配法——广义和狭义专家搭配,核心层和外围层专家搭配,中国和外国专家搭配,从而实现审稿的相对优化,保证审稿的客观、科学、公正。
