| 摘 要： | 护理期刊面临着发展的机遇:护理学科的发展推动了护理期刊的发展;护理人员队伍不断壮大为发行量的增加创造了条件;护理服务范围的扩大丰富了期刊的内容.同时,护理期刊也面临着挑战:激烈的市场竞争;优秀稿件欠缺;经营管理经验不足;广告资源缺乏.对策:紧跟学科发展,及时调整期刊定位,注重期刊的个性化;吸引更多专业领域和更基层的读者;利用期刊平台,提高护理人员科研和论文写作水平;强化经营意识,建立企业运营机制,促进编辑的全面发展.

| Abstract: | Nursing journals now have opportunities: the development of nursing science has promoted nursing journals' growth;the increasing number of practitioners is an advantage to enlarge the circulation of nursing journals;more nursing services have enriched the content of nursing journals.On the other hand,nursing journals have to face the problems of fierce market competition,lack of quality articles,insufficient experience of management,and inadequate advertisements.The countermeasures can be: catch up with the development of nursing science,adjust the orientation of the journals,emphasize the own features of the journals,attract more readers from different specialties and from grass root hospitals,help the nurses to enhance their capability of writing articles,strengthen the consciousness of marketing,set up better management mechanism,and finally promote the development of the editors. |
