| Abstract: | In order to improve the soft power,China’s sci-tech periodicals should value the further education for editors.The authors introduce that the Chinese Medical Association Publishing House has built a further education system by providing editors training courses,holding employee vocational competitions,attending academic conferences,and encouraging writing academic papers,etc.The authors also raise the thought of intensifying the further education system. |
