| Abstract: | Combining practical editing work,the authors discuss the important roles of English bibliographic references in paper reviewing.It is pointed out that the English bibliographic references can be used to decide the creativity of a paper,for the selection of qualified peer reviewers and to decide authors’ attitudes of scientific research and writing. |
