| 摘 要： | 反映高等学校最新科技学术成果、培养科学研究人才是高校自然科学学报的使命。这一使命源于"学报隶属学校"的特殊属性。高校学报目前所面临的困惑有着主、客观方面的原因,而究其根本则在于对高校学报本身使命的背离。
