| 摘 要： | 为了解我国医学期刊中经济利益冲突问题的现状并与国外期刊进行比较,审查了中华医学会系列杂志中5种医学期刊1990、1995、2000年的全部述评和评论、论著、论著摘要、综述和讲座及其他涉及潜在经济利益冲突的文章,以及这5种期刊稿约中关于经济利益冲突方面对作者的政策,结果令人遗憾.认为编辑应提高对医学期刊中经济利益冲突问题的认识,有关部门应制定明确的制度,以杜绝由经济利益冲突所致的科研结果报道中的偏差.

| Abstract: | To investigate the current status of financial conflict of interest in biomedical journals published in China, we selected and analyzed all editorials, reviews, original articles, abstracts of original articles, and lectures published in 1990, 1995 and 2000 in 5 biomedical journals published by the Chinese Medical Association. The policies of conflict of interest stated in the Introductions to Authors of the 5 journals were also reviewed. Research outcomes were compared with the related international literatures. Totally, 37 800 articles were included as the research sources in the survey. Of the 37 800 articles reviewed, no article provided any information about authors' relations with industry, only 27.9% provided the information of industry concerning the drugs and facilities used during the research. We also found that of the 5 journals, no one clearly stated its policy of conflict of interest in the Introductions to Authors. To improve the current status and avoid possible publication bias induced from the conflict of interest, editors and editorial boards of all Chinese biomedical journals should realize the importance of disclosure of the type and degree of involvement of supporting agencies in biomedical researches. The policy of conflict of interest should be clearly stated in the Introductions to Authors. |
