| 摘 要： | 简析当前军队院校学术期刊中存在的种种学术不端行为,分析产生这些不端行为的主要原因,并从完善学术规范、倡导学术诚信、创新学术评价制度等3方面探讨构建良好学术风气的主要措施.这对于引导军事学术研究者追求军事学术真理、指导军队院校学术期刊编辑出版团队创办高质量军事学术期刊具有一定的参考意义.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a variety of academic misconduct that exists in the current military college academic journals and analyzes the main causes of the misconduct. From the perspectives of improving the academic standard, advocating academic integrity, and innovating academic evaluation system, this paper discusses the measures to develop a good academic atmosphere. These measures have certain reference significance for leading the military academic researchers to pursue the military academic truth, and guiding the military college academic journal editorial teams to publish high quality military academic journals. |
