| 摘 要： | 在实际工作中搞好继续教育，是提高编辑人员业务素质的重要途径。华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院杂志室在实践中针对编辑人员自身的薄弱环节和工作中出现较多的问题，派人员出去学习，请教师进来讲课，并每年举办学术报告会，使人员素质发生了显著的变化，期刊质量明显提高。

| Abstract: | Lack of professional knowledge for editors is a severe problem during editorial work. Through sending people out for further study, and inviting experts to our office to give lectures, we have made much progress in the continuous education, which leads to the obvious improvement of professional quality of both the editors and the periodicals. |
