| Abstract: | The authors discuss the basic concepts and principles in biomedical research.In accordance with the ethics literature and the legal regulations related to ethics research at home and abroad,the functions of editors in evaluation of ethics issues in biomedical research are explained.In the meantime,the authors propose some suggestions on how to realize these functions. |
