| 摘 要： | 针对目前科技期刊存在的一稿多投等作者学术信用降低问题,认为科技期刊应建立作者的学术信用评估系统.提出了作者学术信用系统的2种模式.该模式的建立与运用,有利于提高科技期刊的质量,有利于防止学术腐败.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author suggests that the science journals should establish an authors' credit evaluation system to fight against the multi-contribution. Two models of credit evaluation system in science are presented. The author believes that this system is helpful to improve the journal quality and reduce the scientific corruption. |
