| 摘 要： | 根据时代的发展以及科技学术期刊的要求,认为:科技期刊青年编辑应当在编辑工作中做到“有心、用心、细心”,要具有一定的学习意识、沟通意识、协作意识、服务意识和经营意识;只有做到有“心”有“意”,才能不断提高自身的素质和编辑业务水平.
