| 摘 要： | 由于种种原因,使得高校科技期刊中年女性编辑的职业生涯面临前所未有的困惑:知识的积累与时代脱轨,工作焦虑感的困扰,坚守工作规范与创新不足的矛盾,追求稳定与体制改革的压力.高校科技期刊中年女性编辑职业生涯的突破,需要更新知识结构,提高自身素养;树立自强自信意识,激发竞争潜能;肩负起育人的责任,增强工作的成就感;营造良好的情感氛围,保持工作态度的积极上进.

| Abstract: | The career life of middle-aged female editors of university sci-tech journals is facing challenges with the fast development of information technology and system reform of editorial departments:the accumulation of knowledge not satisfying the requirements of work, the work anxiety, the contradiction between sticking to publishing regulations and the seeking innovations and the pressure of pursuing stable career life and facing system reforming. It is necessary for middle-aged female editors to study constantly to meet the development of sci-tech journals. The middle-aged female editors should improve their knowledge and ability, stimulate their potential of creation, take the educational responsibilities and keep their enthusiasm to work. |
