| 摘 要： | 从审稿意见的取舍角度,把审稿专家的审稿意见分为难改型、可改型、疑问型、无评价型、失真型和无用型等6种类型,并依此提出了尊重审稿专家、对作者负责和保证期刊质量等3条取舍原则,从而使科技期刊编辑撰写的稿件退修意见客观、公正,有益于作者.

| Abstract: | The comments of peer reviewers are divided into six types,such as unalterable,revisable,doubtful,uncommented,unreal and useless.For the purposes of writing objective,impartial and valuable revision letters,three principles for accepting or rejecting the review comments are provided: respecting the reviewers,being responsible for the authors and guaranteeing the quality of scientific journals. |
