| 摘 要： | 科技创新体系中,科技期刊将成为知识经济时代知识传播的中心,编辑的创新活动是科技期刊连接科技创新和现实生产力的桥梁,而编辑的创新意识及其能动性是关键.编辑创新意识的核心是创新思维,它具有现代性、竞争性、灵活性、超前性、多维性的特点;编辑创新意识的构成不仅是哲学发展的要求,也是信息优化的必然,而市场是其产生的原动力.编辑创新意识的能动性渗透于编辑工程的各个方面,体现在选择与导向、整理与优化、存储与传播的出版理念、业务管理及工作方法的不断更新上.

| Abstract: | In the innovation system of science and technology, the sci-tech periodicals will become the centers of knowledge-spread and innovation in the century of knowledge economy. So the innovation activities of editors become the bridge connecting the scientific and technical innovation and productive forces. The consciousness and its activities of editors are the key issues. The activities of editor's innovation consciousness is embodied in many parts of editing, for example, selection and orientation, arrangement and optimization, the publishing concept of store and spread, business management and the innovation of working ways. |
