| 摘 要： | 优质稿源是科技期刊学术质量的决定因素，而优质稿源应具有可持续的特性。根据编辑工作实践，提出科技期刊稿源可持续性经营的3条途径：编辑应密切关注并正确把握学科的发展脉络；编辑要与科学研究人员保持深入、有效的联系；要让刊物切实成为值得信赖的创新成果交流平台。
