| 摘 要： | 针对科技期刊存在的盲目追求基金论文及基金标注混乱、过度、缺乏标准等问题,指出科技期刊应充分发挥在学风建设中的引导、把关作用,不盲目推崇基金论文,认真核对论文标注的基金信息,控制论文基金项目的标注数量,使基金标注必要而准确,并建议进一步降低基金论文比在期刊评价中的权重。

| Abstract: | Given the problem of blindly pursuing funded theses, excessive and disordered foundation information, and lack of criterion for foundation information in sci-tech periodicals, this paper suggests that sci-tech periodicals should give full play to their role as a guide and supervisor in the construction of academic atmosphere, instead of blindly praising highly of funded theses; carefully check the foundation information, and control the number of funding projects to make them necessary and definite. Finally, we suggest that the weight of the ratio of the number of funded theses should be lowered in the periodical evaluation. |
