| 摘 要： | 结合学习<著作权法>和<著作权法实施条例>中的有关规定,阐述期刊编辑在执行<著作权法>中碰到的一些问题:保护作品的完整性,编辑的修改权予以限制;保护作品的及时性,限时履行告之义务;严肃对待作者的滥用发表权;等等--以引起期刊编辑对<著作权法>的重视.

| Abstract: | After studying The Law of Copyright and The Implement Regulations of the Law of Copyright , the problems of sci-tech periodicals editors in carrying out the Law of Copyright are described. In order to protect the article's completeness, the editors' powers of revising should be restricted. In order to ensure the timely publication, the time of informing the authors should be limited. The abuse of the publication rights of the authors should be seriously dealt with, and so on. |
