| 摘 要： | 从职业生涯的合理规划和有效利用时间2方面论述青年编辑如何才能健康成长。认为首先要了解编辑职业,然后制订职业生涯目标,同时高效率做好本职工作,积极参与对职业发展有重要作用的工作,关注期刊界信息,查阅文献,这样才能避免碌碌无为,从而更充实地工作和生活,收获事业上的成功,使自己健康地成长。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the healthy growth of young editors from two aspects, planning of occupation career and effective use of time. It is pointed out that the first thing is to understand the occupation as an editor, and then formulate the goal of occupation career. At the same time, it is necessary to work efficiently, participate actively in the work important for occupation development, and pay attention to the information and literatures regarding periodical publishing. In this way they could avoid mediocrity, work and live wholeheartedly, harvest the success in the career, and grow healthily. |
