| Abstract: | According to the author's own practical experiences,this paper starts from the roles of young editors of sci-tech journals,addresses objective requirements for young editors to quickly become talented,as well as the internal demands and external path of their growth,and proposes a good way for them to develop-the editorial log.Then the paper discusses how to write the editorial log,its role in the editing process and results-effectively improving the young editors' accomplishment and ability. |
