| Abstract: | With the legal principles and rules of the Electronic Signatures Law of the PRC,the author holds that we should regulate and normalize the editing and publishing the electronic papers of the sci-tech journals.The author also explores and tries to solve the problems in the evidence force of the electronic papers of the sci-tech journals. |
