| 摘 要： | 以科技论文运动的一个完整周期,即论文的产生-发表-被引用(利用)为参照系,结合作者-编者-读者构成的运作关系主体,研究科技期刊在科技论文一个循环周期中的"时滞"构成.认为时滞可分为6种,即:论文获取时滞,出版时滞,发行时滞,待阅时滞,阅读时滞,被引用时滞.论述中对6种时滞做了进一步细分,从而为针对科技论文时效性要求的期刊运作提供一些认识上的依据.

| Abstract: | Referenced to the main body composed by authors, editors and readers, the compositions of the publishing retardation of a scientific paper has been studied during a whole period of scientific paper movement, that is, during the period of the formation, publication and citation of a paper. The publishing retardation can be divided into the following six types: paper acquisition retardation, publishing retardation, issuing retardation, read-waiting retardation, reading retardation, and citation retardation. In order to give readers clearer and more complete knowledge of the structure of the publishing retardation, the author illustrates the details of above six types of retardation in order to provide some bases to meet the demand of publishing efficiency of scientific paper in journal management. |
