| 摘 要： | 在科技期刊数量多、出版周期缩短、优质稿源流向核心期刊、同质期刊竞争加剧的背景下,科技学术期刊编辑人员面临工作成就感、社会认知度、职业环境、职业氛围、业务技能等不同方面的压力,产生焦虑、冷漠、职业倦怠等诸多不良心理,并内化为工作常态而影响期刊质量,因而应建立压力管理机制,进行环境优化、认知导向纠正、情绪调节、工作方式改变等方面的干预.
