| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是党和国家对我们的呼唤和要求,编辑也应为这一神圣使命做出自己的努力.为此,编辑应该构建起和谐的编辑理念.这就要求编辑不仅自身要有良好的心态、合理的知识结构,而且要求编辑处理好与作者、审稿专家、读者以及编辑同人的关系.

| Abstract: | Building a harmonious society is the requirement of the Chinese Communist Party and central government.Editors should make efforts for this sacred task.Editors should build a harmonious concept and this requires editors not only to have a good state of mind,reasonable knowledge structure,but also to handle well the relationships with authors,peer reviewers,readers and other editors. |
