| 摘 要： | 编辑人才是我国科技期刊高质量发展的重要支撑。本文讨论了新时代科技期刊编辑的本质属性，分析了科技期刊的工作模式和角色定位存在的问题，提出了科技期刊编辑的角色定位相关建议，为高水平、高素质、专业的科技期刊编辑队伍建设提供理论支撑。

| Abstract: | Editorial talent is the important support for the high quality development of scientific journals. This paper discussed the essential attributes of editors in the new era, analyzed the problems existing in the work mode and role orientation of scientific journals, put forward some suggestions, which provides theoretical support for building a high level, high quality and professional scientific journal editorial team. |
