| Abstract: | The formation and function of editorial board of sci-tech periodical are more and more diversified.Journal of Liaoning Normal University(Natural Science) excavates editorial member's potential within the university thoroughly, and finds a new way to form editorial board.By this way,we have obtained good results: the quality and amount of contributions have increased;the impact factor has improved;the team of peer reviewers and authors have stabilized and enlarged. |
