摘    要:采用归一化法计算相关科技期刊的各项学术质量指标加权值,将其排序结果分别与全国高校优秀科技期刊和江苏省期刊评比中人工计算的实际学术质量得分、总分排序结果进行相关性和拟合度分析.结果表明:只要各学术质量指标所占权重及计算原则一致,3个学术质量指标经归一化加权处理的排序结果与期刊实际学术质量得分和总分的相关系数分别为0.990和0.986,拟合度分别高达0.980和0.972.证明归一化法评判学术质量指标可信度极高,能快速、高效、准确地得出学术综合指标,有利于科技期刊的评优、分级和核心期刊遴选.

Abstract:The normalization method was used to calculate the weighted value of each academic index of university journals and sci-tech periodicals in China. The relationship and degree of fitness between the normalization method and the conventional method in which all the sort order of weighted value, the sort orders of total value and academic value were calculated and analyzed for the university journals in China and the sci-tech periodicals in Jiangsu Province, China. The results showed that based on the consistent weighted rate of each academic index and calculation criterion, the correlation coefficients between the normalized weighted value of 3 academic indices, the actual total value of academic indices and total value were 0.990 and 0.986 respectively, while the degrees of fitness (determination coefficient) were up to 0.980 and 0.972 respectively. The results suggest that the normalized judgment analysis can obtain the comprehensive academic index credibly, quickly, efficiently and accurately, and can be used in periodicals judgment, rating and core periodical selection.
