| Abstract: | A harmonious editorial department could be established not only by striving for an external harmonious environment,carrying out the party's policy conscientiously,maintaining the correct public opinion guide,and abiding by laws and rules,but also by creating a harmonious internal environment,training for spirit of cooperation,improving the stimulus system,and promoting the editor's moral values. |
