| Abstract: | Based on the facts that Chinese sci-tech periodicals are a kind of rar e resources, and the scientific knowledge they spread is seldom involved in the realm of ideology, this paper presents specific solution to the resources develo pment of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in the following four aspects: why to dev elop, how to develop, who to develop, and the difficulties to be encountered. |
