摘    要:编辑资源是一种具有能动性的资源,其效率的充分发挥、保持和提高有赖于良好的编辑部整体氛围。文中从公共关系学的角度介绍编辑与编辑、编辑与作者、编辑与读者以及编辑与其他相关人员之间的关系,为正确处理这些关系、营造良好的氛围提出建议和措施。

Abstract:The editorial resource is one that has great initiative; the full display, persistence and upgrading of its potential relies on a sound over-all atmosphere in the editorial departments. This article, from the angle of public relation, deals with the interrelationship between editors and editors, editors and authors, editors and readers and others related to editing work. Constructive suggestions are put forward to properly handle these relations.
